1. What this policy covers

This policy describes how Chasy handles information when you use the mobile app, the website, and related connection flows such as WhatsApp workspace setup.

Chasy is a cloud-backed productivity app for organizing WhatsApp conversations, follow-ups, scheduling, and workspace settings. Some information is stored on your device, and some is processed through backend services so the product can work.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use Chasy, the product may process the following categories of information:

  • Account and authentication data, such as your user ID, email address, and sign-in session.
  • Onboarding data, such as your first name, onboarding progress, and the reasons you selected during setup.
  • Workspace and connection data, such as workspace names, connection status, display phone numbers, and related WhatsApp setup identifiers.
  • Conversation and follow-up data, such as contact names, phone numbers, message bodies, timestamps, follow-up reasons, due dates, conversation highlights, and suggested replies.
  • Settings data, such as timezone, working hours, reminder preferences, send-later preferences, and default tone choices.
  • Local device storage items used by the app, such as the saved auth session, selected workspace, and onboarding draft state.

3. How we use information

Chasy uses this information to provide and improve the product features you expect inside the app.

  • Authenticate your account and keep you signed in.
  • Connect and manage WhatsApp workspaces.
  • Display inbox threads, follow-up radar, message history, and conversation context.
  • Send messages, schedule messages, and create or update follow-ups.
  • Apply timezone and working-hours preferences to scheduling flows.
  • Maintain product security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot service issues.

4. How information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only when needed to run the service, comply with law, or protect the product and its users.

  • Supabase is used for authentication and session-related account flows.
  • Kapso is used for WhatsApp connection and related messaging setup flows.
  • Infrastructure and hosting providers may process data on our behalf so the backend and connected services can operate.
  • Information may be disclosed if required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and service integrity.

5. On-device storage and retention

The app stores some information locally on your device, including authentication session data, selected workspace state, and onboarding progress, so the app can reopen quickly and keep context between sessions.

Server-side information is kept for as long as it is reasonably necessary to operate the product, maintain account history, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When information is no longer needed, we aim to delete it or reduce it to a form that is no longer reasonably linked to you.

6. Your choices, disconnects, and deletion requests

You can manage key privacy-related choices directly in the product today.

  • Sign out of your account from the app.
  • Update timezone, working hours, and related preferences in settings.
  • Disconnect a WhatsApp workspace from the settings flow.
  • Request account or data deletion through the support contact listed in the app store listing or other official support channel for Chasy.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect the information processed by Chasy. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but protecting customer data is a core priority.

8. Children's privacy

Chasy is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to Chasy, please use the support contact in the relevant app listing so the issue can be reviewed.

9. International processing

Depending on the infrastructure and service providers involved, information may be processed in countries other than your own. When that happens, we rely on the safeguards and contractual protections made available through those providers where appropriate.

10. Changes to this policy and contact

We may update this policy as Chasy evolves. When we make material changes, we may revise the date on this page and update the policy text accordingly.

If you have privacy questions or need help with a deletion request, please use the support contact listed in the relevant app store listing or Chasy support channel.
